Go Team Go ?

Shelbi has been asking to go to a basketball game this year. Well finally we were able to take her. So here it is folks, here's Shelbi watching a basketball game.

Here is Shelbi covering her ears when the crowd cheers because she thinks it's tooo loud.

Here's Shelbi be entertained by watching the crowd at the basketball game.

And here is Shelbi looking at the basketball players sitting on the bench at the basketball game. You thought I was gonna say watching the basketball game. ;)

Here is the reason Shelbi wanted to come to the basketball game(I found out later) because she thought she could get some candy from the concession stand. She's a smart girl.

Oh and here is Shelbi holding her ears because the crowd is too loud and watching the basketball players sitting on the bench again. I'm sure she actually did watch some of this basketball game. I'm just not sure when. At least I didn't get it on film. :)

Wea iss Daddy

Cannon was looking out the window for his Daddy. Jason had been outside over the weekend working on the tractor and Cannon remembered. He stood there a really long time looking.

All Locked Up

This boy can't stand it when I put him in his room and put the safety gate in the door so I can do something around the house but he'll climb right in Caesar's kennel as often as he can get away with it. What a crazy boy!

Cannon Climber

Cannon loves to climb. So, to get him off of the dining room table we found this "Lookout Treehouse" on line and jumped on it. He loves it! He climbs up the ladder, he climbs up the slide. He slides down feet first, then hands first. He runs down the slide. I don't think he's figured out every way he can climb on this thing but don't count him out yet, he's a quick learner.

Child Dedication Sunday

Train a child up in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it. Proverbs 22:6

Today we dedicated Cannon to God, that we would train him up in a Christian home. To teach him God's word and direct his path as we see God leading us. We give thanks to God for Cannon and Shelbi and strive to raise them up in a Christ-like environment.

Big Sis

Shelbi really loves books and she really likes to read them to Cannon.

As you can see she has his full attention. ;)

This is Cannon's toy bucket that they have pulled all the toys out of because it's apparently the most comfortable place for reading books.
